Our firm is committed to helping citizens with their legal disputes.  We recognize that the public, generally, has very little information or education about our system of justice, and its application to their situation.  The People's Law School is a free seminar series developed by Mr. Taylor in 1997 as a public service to the community.  The seminars are designed to help educate the public on various legal issues effecting them, and are offered free of charge at various locations around Citrus county.

The original and most widely attended seminar is How To Handle Your Own Small Claims Case.  This seminar is designed to help a litigant handle his or her small claims case (up to $5,000.00) without hiring a lawyer.  The seminars are generally one and a half hours and are broken into two 45 minute segments.  The first 45 minute segment teaches law and procedure on the topic, while the second  segment is reserved for "question and answer."
